HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

What happens if no one is home?

No worries—if your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office, where you can pick it up.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Don’t worry. If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will gladly update your information. Otherwise, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure—actually, we could even say 300% secure. Here’s why:
First, our website is hosted on an HTTPS server (the small lock symbol next to the URL confirms this). Most websites secure only their checkout pages. On our site, EVERY PAGE is secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.
Secondly, for payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, both of which are industry leaders in online payment security.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can currently pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal on our website. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash-on-delivery payments.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days after receiving it, and we will refund the full price of the item once it arrives back at our facility.
Please note that all returned items must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage must be emailed to us as confirmation of delivery.
